Skincare & Wellness Terms & Conditions

At Naked SKN®, we aim to be upfront with everything we do and keep you informed before, during, and after your skincare and wellness treatments. We want you to feel comfortable during your chosen services and confident in choosing Naked SKN®. For this reason, we have provided you with a list of the terms and conditions we require for every appointment. Take a look, and feel free to reach out if you have further questions.

Reservations

All our skincare and wellness treatments are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling your beauty or wellness experience as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred appointment time. Our professional staff dedicates time to each guest, so a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, including appointments booked with a gift card. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cherry, Care Credit and Afterpay. For more information regarding financing, please inquire within.

Payment Terms for Treatment Series

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. You also have the option to pay in full at that time; however, please note that we do not offer discounts for full payment. Our pricing are highly competitive and designed to provide exceptional value compared to our competitors.

We kindly request that you refrain from asking for additional discounts at checkout, as our pricing structure and promotions are already designed to reflect our most competitive rates. We encourage you to explore our monthly specials available through the Specials on our website, as well as our loyalty rewards program. Additionally, please consider our membership options, which provide access to exclusive offers and discounts. For more information on becoming a valued member of NSA, please feel free to inquire.

Invoice Request Policy 
 
You may request an invoice; however, the invoice must be paid 14 days prior to procedure—no exceptions will be made. If the invoice or payment is not settled by the requested date, it will be canceled, and your spa reservation, along with any deposits made, will be forfeited; the appointment time slot will then be made available to other clients.
 
Service Charge Policy
 
Please be advised that a 3% service charge will be applied to your total bill for all spa treatment series provided. This fee helps offset costs related to procedure expenses and administrative operations associated with your treatment.
 
Tax and Pricing Information
 
Please note that applicable taxes are not included in the advertised prices. When receiving services or purchasing spa products as part of a treatment series that includes a skincare retail set to support your skincare goals, please consider these taxes when calculating your final bill. We encourage all guests to inquire about any additional fees prior to their appointment.

Skincare & Wellness Arrivals

Arrival Time: To begin your skincare and wellness journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Delayed arrivals will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. Service time will NOT be extended for late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, and the total price of your service will be charged. New guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment to complete their guest profile.
 
No Children or Unscheduled Guests: We kindly request that no children or other guests not scheduled for an appointment accompany you during your visit. Our spa is quaint, and while we can accommodate waiting in the waiting room, most appointments typically take 60 minutes or longer. To be courteous to your company, we ask that all accompanying guests not arrive unless they have a scheduled appointment. All spa appointments are exclusively for the attendees only. There cannot be two or more individuals in the appointment room unless one is a minor receiving a consultation for a facial appointment.
 
Transportation Arrangements: If you require a driver, please inform your company to pick you up and drop you off at your scheduled times.
 
Child Policy: We kindly inform you that children are NOT PERMITTED in the spa, as we do not have the necessary equipment, staff, or facilities to accommodate their care. If you arrive with a child or children, we will need to ask you to leave the spa with them to ensure that our clients receiving services are not disrupted. 
 
We appreciate your understanding, as we are a medspa and not equipped as a daycare. To ensure you have the best experience possible, please plan your schedule accordingly prior to your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Online cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. In case of an emergency or personal situation during this period, please call us directly; verbal acceptance of the cancellation is necessary. We meticulously prepare for your visits, thus late cancellations or cancellations on the day of the appointment, except for documented medical emergencies, a death in the family, or COVID-19 related symptoms, will necessitate rescheduling.
 
Documentation is required for any second late rescheduling requests within the 48-hour notice. If you cannot provide this documentation, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. Please be aware that a $100 fee will also apply for late second rescheduling of facial appointments. You are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling; subsequent late requests will incur the fee, and a third will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your treatment.
 
By securing a reservation at our spa, you confirm your understanding and agreement to comply with our policies outlined on our website, including necessary consents and documents for review and signature prior to your treatments. We appreciate your consideration in managing your schedule effectively, as it aids in minimizing disruptions and ensures all clients receive their appointments as intended.
 
We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, except in cases of life-threatening emergencies, death, or medical situations—where documentation is required—this policy will be strictly enforced
 
For series treatments, should you need to reschedule your initial appointment within 30 days, a $500 rescheduling fee is required to retain a new time slot, pending practitioner approval. After your first series, we will coordinate scheduling for subsequent appointments to stay on track with your treatment plan. 
 
We are committed to providing outstanding results, which is why we create a comprehensive treatment plan designed to ensure consistency and help you achieve your desired outcomes by the end of your sessions. You are allowed one complimentary rescheduling during the treatment plan; however, if you need to reschedule a second time within a 48-hour notice period, a fee of $100 will apply. A third late rescheduling (also within 48 hours) will result in the deduction of a full-service charge from the series you have paid for. Please be aware that any late cancellations or no-show occurrences will lead to immediate forfeiture.
 
Please note that this policy is strictly enforced without exceptions. Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may lead to the termination of your membership, granting us the right to refuse further service. We value our time, and our practitioners have meticulously organized their schedules to accommodate each client accordingly. Recurring cancellations or rescheduling result in revenue losses and do not compensate our practitioners for their time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
 
We approach our work with the utmost seriousness and maintain a strict cancellation policy. Our commitment to our guests is rooted in honesty, transparency, and fairness.
 

Multiple Online Rescheduling or Cancellations

Although we do not require deposits, clients who reschedule their appointments more than once may be subject to a fee of $100. This measure is implemented to maintain equitable access to appointment slots for all clients.

Clients who cancel more than two appointments within a calendar month may experience restrictions on online booking until the situation is resolved with management. If the issue is not resolved, clients will need to call to schedule their appointments and prepay for the full service to maintain their status as clients with Naked SKN Aesthetics.

All clients seeking services or treatments at Naked SKN Aesthetics (NSA) must acknowledge and sign our cancellation policy. No services will be rendered unless the “Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy” is reviewed and signed by both current and prospective clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing spa policies. This policy may be updated without prior notice; however, we will strive to inform all clients via email and update documentation to ensure awareness of any new guidelines.

We also recommend using our HIPAA-compliant portal with your Boulevard Patient Login credentials for secure communication. For non-emergency inquiries, you will be redirected to our HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Any required images should be emailed to the designated address provided to you, as requested by our practitioners, to safeguard your privacy and ensure compliance. We appreciate your adherence to these communication protocols.

Appointment Requirements

Naked SKN® wants all guests to experience a pleasant and peaceful environment. We ask that only those receiving treatments accompany you to the spa—no outside guests are allowed. We do NOT allow cell phones or picture-taking inside the treatment room to protect the privacy of our guests and our staff. There is a designated area where you can place personal items, including cell phones, and once your treatment is complete, your items will be returned.

*DISCLAIMER: We do not allow any guests under the age of 16 to receive treatments. Some treatments will require the consent of a parent/guardian.

Payments, Gratuity, & Gift Cards

WE ARE A CASHLESS MEDSPA!

Payments are accepted in the form of most major credit cards, Carecredit, Cherry Payment,  Afterpay, and Naked SKN® gift cards.

Gift cards may be used to purchase products or services at face value. The gift card must be presented at the time of purchase, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction—any unused amount will remain on the card to be used later. Redemption of this card is subject to expiration and certain restrictions by the spa owner or state regulation. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. This card is not transferable, and Naked SKN® is not responsible for the card’s lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use.

No express or implied warranties apply. The services are non-refundable but can be converted into a skincare treatment credit at the sole discretion of the owner. There will be a $50 fee each time a non-sufficient fund (NSF) is returned, as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. If payment is not collected for past service, the amount owed to Naked SKN® will be returned to the collections department for further review.

Products & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given a skincare treatment credit if the product is returned within seven days of purchase—a receipt MUST be provided, with no exceptions. Under no circumstances can eyewear products be returned.

*DISCLAIMER: After seven days of purchase of any product, retail item, or skincare item, it is non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

Complaints

We reserve the right to refuse service.
